Peach Street Books
In 2016, after several years of vacancy, this former gas and service station located at 401 Mason Avenue, was purchased to be transformed into a bookstore and cafe. We worked closely with the owners, architect, and preservation group to preserve the c1920s Tudor Revival English cottage-style. One of the stock designs created by the Pure Oil company.
